We have a 30 day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns are subject to conditions; your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, you can contact us at support@wownightlight.com. Please note that returned merchandise needs to be shipped to the following address: [No. 37, Shui Kou Garden 6, Xin An Street, Bao An District, Shenzhen, China] We do not accept items that are returned directly to us without a return request. 

Note：Since our warehouse is in China and the products are customized, so we do not recommend the return because the shipping fee paid by yourself would be expensive. In most cases, we would give partial refund as compensation for our customers.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as customized products in our store, but we can offer compensation for your return needs if you wish, and you will need to speak with customer service for specific details. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get the item you need is to return it and purchase a new item if the return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise, we will notify you as to whether or not a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
